I follow a plant-based diet. Yes, I love eating plants.  Nothing brings me more joy then a plate of kale and broccoli. Am I crazy? Maybe. Does it make me feel healthy and energized? Definitely.

My diet emphasizes:
-Vegetables
-Fruits
-Whole Grains
-Legumes and some Soy
-Healthy fats
-Whole food/Raw Supplements



Every one has a unique body and therefore you must find what works best for YOU and YOUR BODY.  However, there are a few general recommendations that I believe will benefit most people



These include:
-Eat less red meat
-Avoid sugar
-Avoid highly processed foods
-Drink more water
-Pay attention to what you are eating and watch your portion sizes


Michael Pollan says, "Eat food, not too much, mostly plants." I think that is a great place to start.
